Between mending fences, collecting eggs, and not wearing belts, this week has been so busy!!
We moved the calves and cows around a bit to help the winter lots recover a little. We are going to start rotating soon! Hello Spring!!
Do you see how big that egg is?! That is a goose egg!! Yes, Penelope is now laying! It tastes pretty good, but is pretty pale in color. Color tends to fluctuate based on diet, so I wonder what it will look like once they start grazing again.
